Dessert for Breakfast
And it is low in carb and fast to prepare. Even if you are at your laziest, just dump everything in a bowl. Packed with nutrients, yummy to eat and most importantly, pretty to look at too. :) My two year old can't resist nibbling from my bowl when I shot this photo. :D
Ingredients in my bowl
Homemade Yogurt (3-4 tbsp)
Fruits & Nuts Mix (1 tbsp)
Dried Cranberries (a sprinkle)
Raisins (a sprinkle)
Chia Seeds (a sprinkle)
Flax Seeds (a sprinkle)
Grounded Black Sesame (a sprinkle)
I seems to be sprinkling lots of things in, am usually pretty generous with the toppings. I love my breakfast crunchy!
